Limited scope document production for all required documents pertaining to an uncontested divorce without minor children, offered at a flat fee. 

Uncontested Divorce with Minor Child(ren)

$1,500

Limited scope document production for all required documents pertaining to an uncontested divorce with minor children, offered at a flat fee.

Uncontested Legitimation

$1,500

Limited scope document production for all required documents pertaining to an uncontested legitimation, offered at a flat fee.

Family Law Hourly Rate

$300/ hour

Other legal services provided at an hourly rate for full legal representation in contested issues. A retainer deposit is required, varying by case.
